Using registry nurses, so that they don't have to pay health insurance and other benefits." - That is so unhealthy for the hospital and its patients. It's fine to spend a huge amount of money as long as the patient’s life is genuinely secured and protected because patients their readily put their lives on in the hands of doctors and nurses without having second thoughts. It's just right to offer them the best professional service that they deserve.

I agree with James. Patients deserve to be treated with the best medical services, and in fact, this is actually part of medical professionals’ sworn oath. I think it’s okay to hire registry nurses, but hospitals must ensure they choose ones who are equipped with the right knowledge and experience for the job.
